My name is Jody Curtis and I have been asked to accept the first 'Reverend-in-Residence' position at the Institute of Mentalphysics under a newly created "Fellowship Program."
I was drawn to Mentalphysics and began studying the work of Edwin J. Dingle (Ding Le Mei) in 2009 and have been with the Institute for almost 10 years.
Mentalphysics is a multi-denominational "Philosophy of thought;" a path to understanding the unity of Science and Spirituality. Mentalphysics teaches ancient knowledge from the Monasteries of Tibet. The inward journey of self-realization is achieved with practice of the 8 Key Breaths, Meditation, and additional spiritual studies.
I was ordained as a Preceptor of Light (a Reverend) of the Science of Mentalphysics in 2014 by my beloved teachers, Reverends Frank and Evelyn Haggard, and have been teaching Breath and Meditation classes at the Institute since 2010.
During my time in the Fellowship I will be working on archiving the works and records of Ding Le Mei creating a library of the archives to be held and managed by the Institute, and future members of the Fellowship. I am currently in the process of gathering all students and teachers of Mentalphysics in the many countries around the world in which they practice. The Science of Mentalphysics is an ancient unique scientific Yoga system of Right Thinking, Breathing and Meditation, and Spiritual Understanding that literally renews your life and health!

The Science of Mentalphysics teaches that Prana or life energy, is a substance, a subtle form of energy that both animates life and carries intelligence. It is universally distributed and is what the Soul uses to communicate with. Using the mind-substance, as activated through the Breath of Life - 8 Key Breaths, one is able to activate the creative powers within. Students are also instructed in meditation, which leads toward tapping universal wisdom and development as a mystic. As a mystic one understands truth, life, and one's potential through experience.
Fees for this course will apply to creating additional resources and training for students of the Science of Mentalphysics. The knowledge, wisdom and understanding you will gain by studying the materials and practicing the Breathwork exercises far exceed the price of the course and will change your life if you do the work!

Jody Curtis has been a seeker of deeper spiritual understanding for as long as she can remember. After recovering from stage 4 cancer and the death of her father from COPD in 2008, she was guided to the Mojave Desert in Southern California to work at the Institute of Mentalphysics and start studying the Science of Mentalphysics with the intention of becoming a Breathwork teacher. Jody has always felt called to uncover and carry on the work of Ding Le Mei. Jody graduated as a "Preceptor of Light" in 2014 and teaches ongoing classes at the Institute of Mentalphysics.

Brahmavidya - (Mentalphysics in India)

Brahmavidya, (Mentalphysics teaching in India) is a Science of Life teaching human beings the spiritual laws of life. These Spiritual laws operate in human life through Breath and Thought. We cannot think of life without Breath or Thought. Hence Brahmavidya teachings emphasize on Breath and Thought, which are the basic elements of life.

Though we are using Breath and Thought right from our birth no one has ever taught us correct way of Breathing or Thinking. You will be surprised to know that average person uses only 10% of his lungs capacity. Brahmavidya teaches a) Spiritual Breathing Exercises, which improve breathing and b) Meditation techniques, which improve thinking. The Breathing Exercises purify the body and Meditation purifies the mind.

Brahmavidya is not like a medicine, which is meant for a particular ailment. It is a system, which helps to remove root cause of illness and promote health. Breathing Exercises and Meditation have been found useful to get rid of asthma and other breathing troubles such as chronic cold & cough, high blood pressure, spondilitis, backache, heart trouble, joints pain and many other ailments.

The practice also improves mental outlook of the person and makes him more positive, cheerful, optimistic and confident. Due to better physical and mental health a person can do his daily work more efficiently. This can make him more successful at his job, his business or his profession.

Brahmavidya teaches that every human being is potentially divine. Hence he has within him all the power required to overcome his difficulties and problems. Brahmavidya gives definite methods by which a person can overcome all of his physical and mental problems and lead a healthier, more successful and happier life

This is a very ancient system of Spiritual Practice or Sadhana. The System of Practice originated in India, then migrated to Tibet and has now come back to us from Tibet by way of Edwin J. Dingle (Ding Le Mei).
